VeloUK: Best moment in a race in 2018?
Becky: Competing the final stage of the Ras!

VeloUK: Do you train alone or have others to help you get through the ride
Becky: I like to mix it up. If I’m doing lots of short efforts, I tend to do these solo and for longer efforts, I like to get friends out for the race ride

VeloUK: In the winter, training on the road or indoors?
Becky: Both. Last year I mostly trained on the roads but this year I have a better turbo set up. It’s great to jump on the bike so quickly and been able to play my music loud (sorry neighbours!)

VeloUK: How many hours on the bike can you fit in during an average winter training week?
Becky: 8-15hrs

VeloUK: Is there any off the bike training (running/swimming/gym etc)?
Becky: Core, stretching, gym and swimming

VeloUK: Do you train with any gadgets (Heart rate/power) or just go on ‘feel’ of the ride?
Becky: I’m a gadget queen! Loveeee my Vector pedals. I always use a HR strap too.
