Results: Mid Shropshire Wheelers Thursday Evening Races 4

Race number 4 in the Mid Shropshire Wheelers Thursday Evening Races looked to be a washout but come race o’clock it was gloriously sunny and some great racing. George Mills-Keeling was in a class of his own in the Youth A and B races to lap the field with promoting clubs Ryan Greaves taking out the bunch sprint for 2nd overall and 1st Youth B. Youth B Girl, Grace Lister took on all of the Youth A Girls and once again took the overall win.

Phillip Hinch sensed the danger of promoting clubs Matty Redworth and Ysywyth CCs, Ieaun Davies holding a 10 second lead at 5 laps to go and rode across to take a well deserved win after an active race. Racing takes place at Shrewsbury Sports Village again on Sunday with EOL available.
