RR Result: Giant Kendal Road Race

A race of attrition with 7 laps of the tough Old Hutton circuit, only 24 finished from 37 starters (46 entries). The break went on the very first lap with 8 riders going clear and gradually building a lead of 4 minutes. Six of the 8 were still together up the hill to the finish on the last lap but it was Huw Owen (Clwb Beicio Egni Eryri) who won the sprint from Jonny Britton (Moonglu Race Team) and Dan Eastham (Cog Set Papyrus Racing Club).
