Fensham Howes – MAS Design has, since it started in 2019, already helped Sam Watson, Max Poole and Fin Pickering on their respective journeys to the World Tour and has more support in 2024 to continue to do that for British juniors. CAMS have reached agreement with the ‘Fensham Howes – MAS Design’ junior team after running their own junior cycling team this year.

In 2023, ‘Fensham Howes – MAS Design’ enjoyed another phenomenally successful season with Matthew Brennan and Ben Wiggins becoming Junior World Track Champions and Jacob Bush winning the Junior National Time Trial. In addition, the Team has enjoyed multiple wins and podiums competing in the biggest Junior races throughout the UK and Europe.

Giles Pidcock, Team Manager of Fensham Howes – MAS Design is delighted with the new partnership: “We’ve managed to do a lot with a little these past four years but the professionalism of junior racing continues at a significant pace. We will use the additional financial backing to continue to invest in our equipment which is key to being able to compete in the biggest European races. We will also increase our support for the riders when we race abroad, as well as helping them with the ever increasing costs of travelling to/from the UK following Brexit. In addition to Anexo’s support, we are excited to continue our existing relationship with Scott Bikes and main sponsors Fensham Howes and MAS Design. We also welcome another new sponsor RedBrick IT.”

CAMS (part of the Anexo Group) had their own junior team in 2023 and whilst their own junior team will discontinue, the company will continue to help British juniors fulfil their ambitions with the ‘Fensham Howes – MAS Design’ junior team.

Alan Sellers, Chairman of the Anexo Group plc is excited to back this new pathway for the UK’s next generation of cycling champions: “Cycling is an important part of our culture. It’s a privilege and very exciting to be working now with these teams and to help support the work they are already doing so that the future of cycling in Britain can be a little more secure.”
