Crit Result: Santini Bovingdon Bomber Criterium Series

The Solstice brought good sunny vibes to the circuit on Wednesday with quality racing in both the men’s and women’s races. In the men’s 3/4 race Mike Debney and Grant Fraser broke clear early on and manged to stay away with Mike having the edge on the last lap and taking the win comfortably from a resigned Grant.

The Women’s 1/2/3/4 race largely stayed together despite a few attacks off the front by Sam Fawcett who was justly rewarded in the final strong sprint for the line with another victory at the Bomber. Special mention to Anastasia Bowler who was the first cat 3/4 rider over the line in 7th which was impressive in a field of seasoned 1st and 2nd category riders.
