Team press release
The British Road Race Championships will be held in Lincoln and a team to watch are a Lincoln team, Pro-Noctis/Red Chilli Bikes/Heidi Kjeldsen. Established by Lincoln man Rick Lister in 2020, the team have taken the road cycling scene by storm in what is only their first season.
Recently the team won the Road Series team crown for 2021 and will go into the British Road Race Championships as the leading domestic cycling team in the UK. The team of nine riders is led by Lincoln’s Jo Tindley, who last weekend took the East Midlands Road Race title in Market Rasen, with an impressive lead of 4 minutes, after a solo breakaway in poor racing conditions.
34-year-old Jo Tindley, one of the most experienced riders in the British peloton, has had a fantastic season. In August Tindley, secured the Tour Series blue jersey, having led the sprint competition from start to finish. The Tour Series is Britains leading televised series of cycle races.
Together the team have enjoyed unprecedented success.
