The riders in the TBW23 Stuart Hall Cycling p/b Trainsharp revealed with all but two under 23 – the goal is to provide the riders with a stepping stone platform to Europe

Teams: TBW23 Stuart Hall Cycling p/b Trainsharp

Like most under 23 teams, the TBW23 Stuart Hall Cycling p/b Trainsharp one aims to be a platform/ stepping stone to Europe for it’s young riders. The squad is hoping, pandemic permitting, to give it ‘s riders experience in National Series events including and National A road races.

The target however is to race National B events with podium finishes the target for the riders to give them the confidence to use these events as a stepping stone to be competitive in the bigger National A events. The team are also looking to race abroad and to do what they did in 2019. “We had a mixed line up of races in Malta, Kosovo, Montenegro, Holland, Belgium and Trinidad and Tobago” say the team. “We also had some invites for Poland and Serbia for 2020 which again we are hopeful of doing” they added.

The main foreign aim would be to travel to Belgium for kermesses which they hope, with some good results, will open up invites for interclubs and Under 23 national series events in Belgium and Holland. “We’ve managed to consolidate what sponsorship and partners we had in 2020 into 2021 so we are optimistic we can continue into 2022” they say.
