Team News: Brother NRG to Ribble Pro Cycling
In 2018, Ribble Cycles returns the racing scene with one of 2017’s most successful UK domestic teams; North East Pro Cycling (Brother NRG). With a pragmatic approach to offering high-performance equipment, Ribble aligns closely with the team’s management ethos of ‘success through innovation and ingenuity’.

Last season, the Brother NRG team finished at the top of British Cycling’s national rankings, they achieved in excess of one hundred race victories and secured multiple British National titles. This partnership will enable the team to take yet another step forward in 2018.
The team retains a strong core group of riders from 2017 including eight times British Champion Dan Bigham. The entire team contributed to the most successful season to date, but Ribble Pro Cycling have added to their roster to develop and enhance in a number of areas including:
John Archibald; following a stand out season John joins from Pro Vision, John is a multiple Scottish champion, who is targeting Commonwealth selection on the track. John is sure to make waves with a supportive team, varied race program and best equipment on the market at his disposal.

Ethan will mix a junior and senior program with the team in conjunction with racing for the Great Britain Cycling Team.
The team will continue to target multi-disciplinary success; looking to win at every opportunity with key targets around the Tour Series and UK UCI and Elite Road Series Races. Another key focus will be the National Road and Time Trial Championships, National Time Trial Championships across varying distances and a number of UCI 1.2 and 2.2 races to complement the UK race program.
James Vickers, Head of Marketing at Ribble Cycles said: “Everyone at Ribble is excited to be returning to the Domestic Pro Peloton. The team has progressed extremely quickly over the last two years and we are delighted to support them as they continue on this upward trajectory.”

We look forward to representing these companies as effectively as we can both on and off the bike in addition to aiding the research and development of products throughout 2018.”
Ribble Pro Cycling are pleased to announce continued support from ZyroFisher. The team will utilise a number of brands from the ZyroFisher portfolio including but not exclusive to Santini Clothing, Zipp Wheels, SRAM componentry, Vittoria Tyres, Quarq powermeters, Giro helmets and footwear and Tifosi eyewear. The team will be also backed by Rule28 and WattShop as they continue to develop the fastest equipment available. HUUB will support the team as a technical partner with off-bike clothing and race luggage.
The team will hold a formal launch and ride out from the Ribble HQ in late January followed by a full team training camp in Calpe, Spain in February. The team will then begin their season at the traditional season opener, the Eddie Soens Memorial race in March.
