1. Riding for NFTO again in 2016, what races are you looking forward to most next season and why?
Hank: I am looking forward to doing more European races but of course I can’t wait to get stuck into the UK Prems. They are the most unpredictable races and anything can happen which definitely keeps us on our toes, it keeps the racing exciting.

2. What were your highlights in 2015?
Hank: Riding the Tour of Britain is always a highlight for me. Nothing really comes close to being able to compete on home soil against the best riders in the business. The racing is tough but exhilarating with all of the crowds lining the roads.

3. What race was the most fun in 2015 and why?
Hank: I have to say one of the most enjoyable races for me was a criterium in my home town of Cirencester (Via Roma Twilight Criterium). I had my whole family there supporting me and my Grandfather rang the bell on the last lap. Then to win, it just made it a fantastic evening!

4. What is your team role in races in general, describe the type of things you have to do for teammates on the road in a race?
Hank: My role in the team is to support riders like Ian Bibby. Whether it be working on the the front to control races or getting involved in the lead outs, the aim is to put the likes of Bibby in the best position possible to win the races for the Team.

5. What was the hardest race in 2015 and why?
Hank: The hardest race was probably the Tour of the Reservoir. It is a notoriously hard race and it seems to attract the worst of the British weather. The 2015 Tour of the Reservoir was the worst weather I have ever raced in, with a mixture of snow on the hills and wet in the valleys. There is nothing worse than the cold the wet and the wind.
