Top conditions on the A1 on Sunday morning saw a quality field riding the Icknield RC 100. 21 riders were inside 2hs at the halfway mark with 4 inside 1:50. Conditions improved as the wind dropped to nothing and the sun played its part.

The event was won by Adam Topham, High Wycombe CC in a 4th fastest ever 100 time of 3:28:31. 2nd was Mark Arnold, CC Desiragear 3:35:35. Paul Gamilin, Northover Vets 3rd 3:36:51 and 4th Gary Dighton 3:39:43. 1st woman was Marina Bloom, Rugby CRC 4:26:36 and 2nd Katja Reitdorf, Team MK 4:27:38. 1st vet was Shay Giles, VC Elan +1:20:14, which would have also been taken by Topham +1:23 if not for the one rider-prize rule.
