TLI Cycling has a long tradition of supporting grass roots age-related cycle racing in the UK. In the past, this has been underlined by significant reductions in Membership fees to a maximum of £10 per member, the removal of all Event Levies for Full Members, the absence of any charges to organisers for promoting under TLI Rules & Regs and by the provision of Race Day equipment to the TLI Regions.

This has taken place against against a background of enhanced race day insurance cover for all competitors, officials and organisers. At this weekend’s TLI Cycling AGM the National Management team voted unanimously to support the excellent work with younger competitors in evidenced on the Isle of Man, at Teeside Croft Circuit and in London, by completely removing all charges for Full or Day membership for any Youth or Junior competitors under the age of 18.

Newly appointed Chairman Nigel Harrop said, “We are confident about the contribution we have made to the development of many of the countries top riders. This can only enhance our already significant contribution to that exciting process by attracting even more young people to try our events.

TLI Cycling is a Club based family which exists purely for its many members. We are proud of the part we play and have played, in attracting people of all ages to our exciting sport.”
