Round 4 Antony Wallis and Ralph Keeler winners for Round 4 of the Ciclos Uno Last of the Summer Wine Series at Hog Hill on Sunday, 14th of October

The last race of the series and the last race of the 2012 year in region 9 took place on a very sunny autumn morning with 21 riders on the start line, it only took one lap before Antony Wallis (PVT) hit the front and attacked on the hairpin bend at the end of the first lap and was not seen again by the bunch until he lapped them. Two other riders Martin Meades (Ciclos Uno) and M Wass (Angers TMG Horizon) detached themselves from the bunch in an attempt to keep away from Antony Wallis, but to no avail he soon caught and lapped them. It finished with Antony Wallis one lap up on the rest of the field with two chasing riders, then another group of three, with Dave Farrow (Eagle RC) taking the bunch sprint.

The two Primes went to Antony Wallis (PVT) and Steve Mahon (www.mbr035.co.uk.)

Twelve riders were on the start line which was fairly low, especially as it was a very sunny autumn October day. The race stayed altogether throughout the race to finish in a bunch sprint, although many attacks took place they were soon pulled back. With the two primes going to Dick Naylor (SFA) and the second to Alan Williams (GS Ciucci) and a SPECIAL PRIME going to Dave Smith (GS Avanti) Knocker
