Results: Manchester Premier Division Track League from Tuesday, January 10 at the Manchester Velodrome
The well oiled wheel that is Manchester’s Premier track league rolled out in to the new 2012 season last night and will run up to April. The nights racing got under way when group one hit the boards for a 40 lap scratch race. A clean sweep one, two, three, by youngsters Fabian Close, newly promoted Christian Braybrook and Will Thomas from the appropriately named team, Velocity 3inone team… repeating the result in the Devil.
Reigning league champion Adam Dugglby got his campaign off to a great start with three wins and juniors Ryan Mullen and Chris Lawless were going especially well. With most of the GB Academy riders at the Bejing World Cup, the action will hot up even more next week.
